IT Department

is a part of regional structures. It supports initiatives at local level as well as regional and global projects.


IT Poland consists of the below sections:
IT Development - this section is responsible for analysing business needs and developing changes in the internal system. It also provides the post-implementation support.
IT Infrastructure - Analysts support users with current problems related to hardware and software and Administrators are responsible for maintenance of the infrastructure.
Service Desk - the Polish group is a part of the regional team, responsible for remote support of the hardware and software users.
Project Managers – people responsible for leading complex IT projects, in the areas of (amoung others): preparing project documentation, resource allocation, coordination of all tasks within Project.
