BI Department is also responsible for creating different types of happenings – professional events organized at the highest level for our Representatives, Sales Leaders, Zone and Division Sales Managers. The newly created online section supports all initiatives taken by Avon, using the newest technology, creating and developing innovative tools. Business Integration Department works closely with the of Sales Activation and Local Marketing departments. All the initiatives taken here is to motivate Representatives, Sales Leaders and Regional Sales Managers to achieve established sales results
